Our catering kitchen is located on the Fleischgroßmarkt – centrally in Hamburg – and consists of more than 2.000 square meters. From pasta to rolls, self-smoked fish, molecular finger food, ice-scarved logos, wedding cakes or elegant chocolate sculptures, everything is produced homemade.

In order to guarantee the first-class quality of the food during transport to the event locations, we have developed a professional logistics concept. The central location of the kitchen manufacturing ensures very short transport routes to all our event locations.  An all-over cold chain provides for freshness and full flavor of the foods.
