New chef for Nord Event
Since the beginning of April Frank Crivellari has taken over the direction of Nord Event’s team of 20 chefs and sous-chefs. Educated in first-class hotels, his career took him from being an apprentice at the Maritim Hotel to being the sous-chef at the Doc Cheng, the restaurant of Hamburg’s Vier Jahreszeiten Fairmont Hotel. Along the way he got to know the best cuisines worldwide. In Spain and in Italy he experienced the Mediterranean cuisine, in India he learned to integrate Asian influences in his repertoire. He also proved his expertise while working as a self-employed chef for CMA’s exhibitions in Tokyo, Mexico City, Paris, Warsaw and London as well as working as team leader for “Feinkost Käfer” at the formula one race course in Bahrain, at the Cebit in Hannover or at castle Bellevue.
